The Pelican Perch is a 5 br & sleeps 13. The Pelican Perch is our closest to the beach home. Perch has 4 king size beds + 5th br has bunk beds. The living space features comfy furniture and an electric fireplace. In the kitchen you will find new GE Profile line appliances and a coffee bar. There is new vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. Under the home is an "outside living room" with fire table. :)

The Pelican Pad is 5br/3ba - it's one of the largest homes & homesites in Ocean Lakes. Pad sleeps 13 with 4 king beds, full/twin bunk beds, pull out twin, plus an extra single mattress. Pad features an outdoor hangout area with comfy furniture, a fire table, and a 75" Smart TV. 'The HypNautical Pelican' is located close to the beach at site MH65A and sleeps up to 13 people (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and full/full/twin trundle bunk beds). One of the only homes in Ocean Lakes that includes an extra lot side yard - room to walk your dogs, play outdoor games, or spend time with family. The kitchen features high end GE Cafe level appliances, granite countertops, and a coffee bar. The luxury master bedroom has large ensuite bathroom with a walk in tile shower. Peaceful has extra large, wide & tall parking under the home so plenty of room if you are pulling a trailer too.
'The Pirate Pelican' is a large 5 bedroom home that sleeps up to 12 people (4 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds - twin/twin & twin/full). It is located on a corner lot at site 1862. The huge wrap around porch is the perfect place for a family game night! The first living floor features a spacious master bedroom suite with recently renovated master bathroom (tiled walk-in shower and floating vanity). There are new large screen HD smart TVs throughout the home. Under the house you will find an outdoor living space with a grill, seating, and a built-in large TV.

*All of our pelican homes are pet friendly for small to medium size dogs with a pet fee. All dogs must be approved by the owners prior to your stay. We can arrange for 1 or 2 golf carts for your stay. Ocean lakes provides golf cart parking at their private beach access points. Guests must agree to follow all Ocean Lakes rules as well as the owner's guidelines.
